Are images uploaded to a server?
No. UploadReady V1 processes selected images locally in your browser and does not store them.
Can I compress PNG and JPG?
Yes. The browser can load common image formats and export JPG, WEBP or PNG.
Is animated GIF preserved?
No. V1 rasterizes GIF as a static image frame.
What formats are supported?
V1 supports JPG, PNG, WEBP and best-effort HEIC/HEIF conversion where your browser and file allow it. PDF tools are intentionally not included in this first image-focused release.
