Privacy Policy

Cobalt Tools is designed around simple browser utilities. UploadReady V1 processes image resizing, compression, cropping and conversion locally in your browser. The app does not provide server upload or storage for image processing in this release.

Files

Selected images are processed in your browser and are not stored by UploadReady. HEIC/HEIF conversion uses a client-side browser library and is best-effort because browser support and file variants differ. Do not use this tool for sensitive files if your device or browser environment is not trusted.

Analytics

We may use Firebase Analytics to measure product events such as page views, upload starts, processing starts, successful processing, errors, downloads, preset usage, selected output formats and target-KB buckets. Analytics events must not include file names, file contents, image metadata or personal data extracted from images. Firebase Analytics is disabled by default in the build unless it is explicitly enabled and configured with the required consent behavior.

Ads and cookies

The free version may include clearly labeled Google AdSense display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies to serve personalized ads, non-personalized ads or limited ads depending on your location, consent choices and Google's policies. Consent choices

For visitors in regions where consent is required, Cobalt Tools plans to use Google's certified consent message through AdSense Privacy & messaging. You can accept, refuse or manage advertising and analytics choices through that message when it is active. You can also change or clear cookie and local storage data in your browser settings.
