Are images uploaded to a server?

No. UploadReady V1 processes selected images locally in your browser and does not store them.

Will this reduce visible quality?

Some compression is expected. The 200KB target usually preserves more detail than stricter limits.

Can I convert PNG or WEBP with this preset?

Yes. The tool can load supported image formats and export the result as JPG.

What if my form asks for 250KB?

Change Target KB to 250 before processing and use the same workflow.

What formats are supported?

V1 supports JPG, PNG, WEBP and best-effort HEIC/HEIF conversion where your browser and file allow it. PDF tools are intentionally not included in this first image-focused release.
