Are images uploaded to a server?
No. UploadReady V1 processes selected images locally in your browser and does not store them.
Is 1MB enough for a clear photo?
Usually yes for web and form uploads, but always preview the result before submitting.
Can I keep the original format?
The default is JPG for reliable compression, but you can choose WEBP or PNG in the format menu.
What if my file is over 40MB?
UploadReady limits browser processing to keep the page stable. Resize huge files on your device first.
What formats are supported?
V1 supports JPG, PNG, WEBP and best-effort HEIC/HEIF conversion where your browser and file allow it. PDF tools are intentionally not included in this first image-focused release.
